The Operations Committee of the Central Iowa EMS Directors Association focuses on operational and system development issues. Recent projects of the group include EMS TEAMS cards, Polk County MCI Plan revision, and the new CIEMS newsletter, Synergy. The committee typically meets once per month in various locations around Polk County.
