When: Basic Weekend — January 13-15th, 2012 (8:00-4:30 each day)
Advanced Weekend — January 27th-29th, 2012 (8:00-4:30 each day)
Where: Iowa Methodist Medical Center – Education & Research Center, Des Moines, IA
Cost: Member Departments (Polk and 9 adjacent counties)— $30 daily, $75 weekend, $150 both weekends
Non-Member Providers — $60 daily, $150 weekend, $300 both weekends
